WPPI 2018

I had the chance to go to WPPI this year (a huge wedding and portrait photography conference) in Las Vegas and it was AMAZING! I'm so grateful for Kate who invited me, drove to Vegas with me, and was my all-around conference friend. It's always great to talk about what you've learned and bounce ideas off another photographer! This trip was even more fun, because I was able to visit my aunt, uncle, and cousins in Vegas. It's always great to see family!

WPPI provided an opportunity for me to network with other photographers, see the latest photography trends, and learn about new technology in the industry. I actually added new products like the fine art mural to my available prints because I learned about them at WPPI. It was so fun to listen to, meet, and talk to talented photographers like Lindsay Adler, Bambi Cantrell, Scott Robert Lim, and Michael Anthony. These guys are incredible, and I learned a lot from their lectures and my conversations with them.

WPPI is a photography conference so, of course, I had to take some photos! Forevermore Films, Dania Parker Photography, Bokehaze, Kate and I went on a combined shoot with the talented and gorgeous model Kaityn. I got some stunning shots of her all dressed up in a gown from Candlelight Bridal with hair and makeup by Sweet Dreams Makeup.

After our photoshoot, we decided to stop by Stake and Shake. It was my first time there, but now it is definitely on my list of favorite places to eat!

I can't wait for WPPI 2019.... but in the meantime, let's take some pictures!
